TSAVO EAST PARK
Tsavo East National Park is one of the must-see destinations for those who want to spot animals and is characterized by its famous red earth.
It is the classic African savannah landscape, with lower and sparser vegetation than Tsavo West, but for this very reason it is easier to spot animals.
You can find elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, impala, baboons, dik-dik, caracal, buffalo, hyenas and a wide variety of birds.
AMBOSELI PARK
Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most famous parks and is known as “the land of giants” for its many elephants
In addition to the great variety of landscapes, you move from the dry, barren savannah to freshwater swamps, from plains of grasses and shrubs to ponds rich in reeds; its great charm is also due to Kilimanjaro (5895 m) towering in the background
The large number of ponds where animals go to drink and cool off, and its low vegetation, ensure sightings of many animals
Inside the park, in addition to elephants, you can also spot rhinos, gazelles, impala, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, ostriches, zebras, giraffes and a wide variety of birds
DAY 1 - TSAVO EAST
6:00 am Meeting and departure from the resort towards Tsavo East Park
10:00 am Arrival at the Park entrance, short stop
10:15 am Enter the Park and start the first “game drive”
12:30 pm Arrival at the Lodge
1:00 pm Lunch and Relax until 3:30 pm
4:00 pm Start second “game drive” until sunset
8:00 pm Dinner and Overnight stay
DAY 2 - AMBOSELI
6:00 am Wake-up and Breakfast
6:30 am Departure towards Amboseli Park
11:00 am Enter the Park and start a short “game drive”
12:30 pm Arrival at the Lodge
1:00 pm Lunch and Relax until 3:30 pm
4:00 pm Departure for a new “game drive” until sunset
8:00 pm Dinner and Overnight stay
DAY 3 - RETURN
6:00 am Wake-up and Breakfast
9:00 am Exit Amboseli Park and start the return trip to the Resort
12:30 pm Stop for lunch
5:30 pm Return to the Resort
